I used the socket mod to change the multiplier on my Athlon 2500+ Barton... use the instructions here http://www.ocinside.de/go_e.html?/html/workshop/pinmod/amd_pinmod.html
Just select the socket view, the multiplier you want, and it'll show you which holes to connect. I just took 30gauge copper wire (from 18gauge stranded, just using a single strand) and cut approx 3/8" lengths, bent 'em in half and inserted 'em into the sockets where the website shows.

By unlocking it to a mobile.... http://fab51.com/cpu/sempron/s10-e.html#semp-a thats how, instead of an electroconductive pen i used a pencil. So do you have a link or can you explain how i can "hardmod" this?
Google IS my friend. http://www.cpuheat.wz.cz/html/AXP_multiplier/AXP_Multiplier.htm i found some of that info to unlock it to 24x but what can i do about volts, and im getting a volcano 12 to cool this baby down.
