Semi quiet/high performance CPU cooler

[The King of Pants]

I'm looking for a CPU cooler for a xp3200, silence is good because my bed is in the same room as the system this is going in but I don't want to make too much in the way of performance concessions for that silence, I slept through the last time the fire alarm system was pulled in my building as far as requirements, I’m keeping the system air cooled for now. I'd appricate links if you have them but my fingers ain't broke so i can google them myself. Thanks for your input.

Zalman CNPS7000A-AlCu

or

Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu

Both are superb coolers, one just weighs and costs a bit less.
