Still waiting for my copy to come in from the Egg, but a friend bought Home Premium OEM, installed it and used it for a few days before he decided he'd rather stick with XP. He never activated it. Technically according to all the OEM terms and whatnot, he can't re-sell it, correct? however, if he did find a buyer, Microsoft wouldn't know the difference because it hasn't been activated?
