This is my first time selling my PC. I've only had this computer for roughly 5 months and aside from needing a serious dusting, it's in mint condition. I just have a couple questions...

1. How much would you sell this set up for?

- AMD Anthlon 3800+
- 1 GB Corsair PC3200
- nVidia GeForce 7600 GT
- Western Digital Caviar SE 16 250GB
- Also a 80GB removable Hard Drive
- Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
- 450 Power supply unit
- Viewsonic 19inch flat LCD monitor
- Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000 with recharger
- logitech speakers
- keyboard
- headset

2. Is it gonna be a problem if I don't the OS windows XP install CD? I want to completely wipe my HD so the person who buys my computer won't find anything personal on windows. Can I wipe my HD iwthout unistalling windows XP?

3. I take it my computer is Vista capable, right?

1. its a pretty good computer id say like 500 bucks or around there.
2. i think you can
3. yea it is.

You might be able to squeeze a bit more with the monitor. Best bet would be craigslist for a full system sell because prices are usually matched by local retail rather than online prices so you might get more for your money...otherwise part her out here!

500?, dang! Guess I was expecting a little more, like 700 dollars.

Thanks for the craigslist suggestion. This site looks like it could work.

Any of you guys know how I can clear off my HD without unistalling windows?

About 6 bills, since it comes with a monitor.
