My new SE39UY04 showed up this afternoon. I was setting it up when it locked up. I followed the directions in the user manual, unplugged it then let it sit for 10 minutes before plugging it back in. When it powered back up the initial Seiki logo appeared then it began flashing the display in green red, blue, white and black screens. The remote does nothing, unplugging then plugging it back in only makes it go into the loop I just described. I can't access the service or setup menus nor can I find a service manual or pdf of one online. The vendor is sending me a replacement but I'd like to know if anybody may know how if there's a button sequence to access any of the menus while I wait for the new one to arrive. The service menu code is setup followed by 0000 but that appears to be locked out. Any ideas?
