A few hours ago I found that I was locked out of the administrator account on my laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate.
When I try to log in to admin on the logon screen, or "Run as" admin from a limited user, UAC gives me the following:
"The referenced account is locked out and may not be logged on to."
I know this can happen when you type the password wrong too many times. But I haven't typed the password wrong in recent memory, and I haven't used the computer for days before I received this message, and no one else has had access to it. I've been getting this error for a few hours now.
I do have BitLocker full drive encryption enabled, could this have anything at all to do with it?
