Just as a heads up, I had to reinstall drivers when this update hit today. Make sure you got them downloaded before you restart unless you like surfing in 640-480 and 4 bit color. :D

Anyone else had this issue yet?

i didnt have to reinstall my drivers, i just updated and everything said "done!"
but i dont really see any difference as usual just good to have everything cleanly updated again.

Weird. it was with like 7 other updates too. Maybe my system is just a little screwy.

Maybe it depends on your version of Cat drivers? I am running 6.5 and didn't have any issues.

when I installed the 6.10 betas the installation froze in the middle.. I did a re-install (with no clean) and it passed through no problem.. so something was going on.. I think framework might have been trying to auto-update while the install was frozen.. I saw a message about it but cleared the screen too fast to read it all.. anyways. it all works great now.. no issues with CCC or the drivers...

I'm using 6.10, and I installed the update eariler, no problems. Might've been a fluke.

I had that problem. The .NET update wouldn't install (with CCC running) until I uninstalled .NET 2.0 then reinstalled it and installed the hotfix without rebooting.

Alot of folks are having this problem and here below is MS`s response to resolve the issue which is becoming a pain in the you know what if you have to uninstall & re-install the video drivers also. The ATI CCC has to have the net 2.0 installed in order to function so I don`t know what will happen when you uninstall the net 2.0 following the below MS fix:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923100

I haven`t uninstalled the net 2.0 as of yet ,but I could not install the latest security patch for the net 2.0 either. It failed with the 0x643 code.
