Security Tab Active Directory Users and Groups

Can anyone tell me which group I need to be a part of to be able to edit the secuirty tab in active directory users and groups?

I am currently setup as a domain admin, enterprise admin, and an admin, but I only see the security tab when I log in using the administrators account.
 
Don't you need to turn on Advanced Features to see that tab?

Try going to the view menu and choosing advanced features.
