We're looking for a solution to lock up a Buffalo Router / Cisco Static IP Box and a Cable Modem. One of our clients is a volunteer fire department and at a remote station someone keeps messing with the network equipment and resetting the router back to factory defaults. Right now the stuff is sitting above a kitchen cabinet. The chief wants to secure the equipment somehow so it cannot be physically touched.
Walls are cement so it's going to be difficult to get anything wall mount. I was thinking even a safe but heat may become an issue. I wouldn't need anything more than 3 or 4U of space.
