Security camera DVR card recommendations

I've been making DVR Security camera systems for work and have using Geovision 800 DVR cards. I've never been happy with geovision's software. I was wondering if there are any better cards that I may use. These cards need to have a built in webserver, support record on motion, and be simple to set up. They also need to be able to record 16 different cameras at a minimum of 240FPS total (for all cameras combined) and work on a standard pci interface.
Thanks in advance.
