Security audit/probe for Desktops.

Hi I'm wondering and have a hard time finding a tool.

I got three office that have about 4-5 computers all the office have their own little network and broadband modem. they are all isolated and they pretty much have a cable modem/router attached to a switch and the switch connects to about 4 or 5 desktops and a network printer.

I want to do a security audit/scan of the desktops in reguards to possible
- virus
- malware
- security vulnerabilities
- risks
- improper setting (yeah it's kinda a broad question)
- ( any security risk items that I didn't list )

What is the best software suite for that? I know there are alot of separate free tools for one or two items but I'm looking for a softwware suite that can do that automatically without me using a separate tool for everything.

I don't mind paying for the software as long as it's reasonable.

Perferablly it is something that is server based and the end point that get a small probe installed and report back to the server.

I'm fine with a stand alone desktop app also if all else fails.
