Secure print sharing

I have a public Wireless Network, A windows XP machine with a shared printer, and a computer that connects to the wireless network that needs to print to the shared printer. Problem is I don't want anyone else to be able to. Anyway i can set a permission to that computer only? Needing to avoid needing windows server.
 
no response thought i'd reword. my problem has redeveloped into something new. I got everything they told me. now i don't know how to set permissions accross a network. only options they showed me was to set permissions on a computer.
 
goto \\computerwithprinter\\printername on the computer that needs to use the printer and it should ask you for an account on "computerwithprinter" .. then your fine.

Or just put a password on your wireless?
 
i'll try that first thing. as far as the password thing I need the public to have access to the router.
