Secondary Display Problem

Hello friends,

Im trying to connect a tv to my computer via a RF520S-A4 RF modulator. The tv connects to the modulator with a coaxial cable and the modulator connects to the computers video card with an analog video line. The PC is running on windows xp and the video card is a radeon 9200 series. The problem occurs when I try to add the tv as a secondary display in display properties. Every time I try to attach it or click the option to extend my windows desktop onto this monitor it just flashes and doesn't save my changes when I hit apply. I know this set up works because it was working before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How did it stop, after installing a new video driver?
 
Well my set up changed and I stopped using it for a while so Im not exactly sure what caused it to stop
 
Does your video card have dual dvi outputs, if so try chnaging what ever one your main monitor is connected too. I think I had a similar problem with my s-video output and all I had to do was change the dvi port my main monitor was using.
 
Well theres actually no dvi outputs. There is analog, vga, and s video and I have tried using the s video.
