Second loop question

Since I have the WC bug, and want to make a second loop to somewhat silence my computer, I have this in mind.

3/8" loop, passive radiator/reservoir, Swiftech 12v pump (small one!). Cooling a custom HD waterblock/enclosure and the x48 Northbridge.

Would I be better off with a 80mm fan/radiator (80mm fan would be a Noctua or similar silent fan)? And would this be enough to keep temperatures quite a bit cooler than stock fan on NB and nothing on HD (HD will be enclosed in copper heatsink)?

Heat load should be fairly low, so I'd do this:
D-Tek db-1 pump
swiftech MCR120R (single 120mm radiator with integrated reservoir)
Noctua or Scythe S-Flex fan, or a Panaflo low speed at 5-7v.
blocks as you plan.

Silent, or very nearly so.

If you aren't OCing, a Thermalrigh HR-05 with a /slow/ 80mm fan on the northbridge and a silencing enclosure for the HDD could be a far less expensive and just as effective option, though.

I'm trying to get all watercooled, to silence the computer as much as possible... Ok, that's a lie. I enjoy watercooling, and it's fun. It's more of a personal project, fun thing for me to do. Whether or not I see a huge increase in overclocking potential or lower temperatures (which lower temps are pretty much a given over stock.), isn't really a big deal for me.

It's fun.

But, after looking into your list of items, they do look good. I would love to get as little fans as possible, but if needed I could go with a fan and res looking well integrated into the case with little sound (I plan on mounting everything with rubber grommets and such).
