Where the heck can I buy one of these? I was ready to purchase this, newegg had it a few weeks ago, now I can't find it on their site at all.

No luck with Monarch, Mwave, ZZF........

Help?

There has to be someplace reputable that's doesn't charge huge shipping rates.
