I plan on running a MSI Nforce4 neo4 Platinum mobo and i was wondering if the Seasonic S12-500 PSU has -5 rails and is compatible with the mobo.

It won't have a -5V rail, as far as I know, because it complies with the ATX12V v2.0 spec. Stupid bonehead move on MSI's part for employing a 24-pin connection (implying v2.0 compliance as a requirement) then asking for a -5V from the power supply.

It seems my MSI board was having too many conflicts so i was wondering if the ABIT Fatal1ty AN8 Socket 939 Nforce4 would be alot better?

I don't like the Fatal1ty version, I'd much rather prefer the AN8 Ultra, with the nForce4 Ultra chip and the silent heatpipe cooling on the said nF4 chip.
