Well I just order my Seasonic M12 700W and now realized I should have just ordered a Corsair HX620... :(

Is the Seasonic any better?

It cost me a extra $100AU (~$70US).

Probably shoulda got the Corsair 620. What are you planning to run it with?

Nothing spectacular.

Opteron 170 (O/C'ed)
2gb DDR500 Corsair 4000PT
1 x 150GB Raptor
4 x 500GB
6600GT
Audigy2

Pretty basic system, but I like overkill. :D

the corsair is made by seasonic
Either will work just fine.

IF you really need that money back, can you cancel or return your order?

While it is in transit, contact the place you bought it from and see if you can refuse package.

I think the Corsair version offers a longer warranty..Not 100% sure on it though..

The Corsair's warranty is longer than the Seasonic.....5 yrs. compared to 3 yrs. But the Seasonic is no slouch. You should be quite satisfied with either brand. Cannot go wrong with either.....esp. since you're getting Seasonic with either choice, just some component differences internally with the Corsair....

The Seasonic 600 has slightly better "guts" than the Corsair 620 but the Corsair is a great unit too

dont get buyers remorse, you bought a great unit that will run your system very easily and forever!

This is incorrect. All the capacitors in the Corsair HX series are 105C rated japanese caps, from reliable manufacturers. The design of the Corsair unit is as good if not better than anything on the market from any OEM at the same power level.

Not trying to be argumentative, just trying to clear some things up.
