Seasonic any good?

Two 6800 Ultras? Only the 500W and 600W will support it and handle it.

Seasonic PSUs are known for very-high efficiency and low-noise in a no-nonsense package.
 
Seasonics are number one rated at
silent PC review because of low noise and high efficiency that beats all other power supplies tested. Inefficient power supplies create excess heat. IMHO silent pc review has the best power supply testing methodology on the web. Seasonic is located in Taiwan and produced the power supply for the first McIntosh. Although seasonic has produced oem power supplies for years only recently have they been available on the aftermarket.
 
Next to a modded PCP&C TC 510 SLI, I'd certainly be looking at a Seasonic S12 500 or 600. Excellent choice. And 80 PLUS certified to boot. I was wondering when Performance PC's and/or FrozenCPU would get around to carrying these fine PSU's.
