Searching For Mini-ITX Case

I've been searching (unsuccessfully) for a mini-itx case that is well-built and looks high quality. Is it just me or does it seem strange that new cases seldom arrive in the US alone? In fact, it seems like the UK and Korea get all the cool cases way before (if ever) we get them.

So far I've found two cases that meet my criteria:

Has anyone else spotted any nice mini-itx cases recently - available in the US or possible from companies that can ship overseas? I'm not talking Foxconn or Apevia...
