I'm searching for an Intel 3770k cpu -prefer to pay via Paypal - note > need to ship to Israel.

I have one but I'm not sure about shipping to Israel. Have you done business with anyone on here? Mine doesn't have a cooler since I used the Corsair water-cooling thing. I'd sell that to probably.
 
I also have a 3770k CPU/MB combo, but I have never shipped to Isreal.

I can’t see why anyone would try to scam someone out of such an old CPU but I guess you never know. I don’t have one but good luck finding what you need.
 
I would sell you mine for 120.00 plus shipping and I have no idea how much that will be.
