I'm in the market for a high capacity harddrive, and I have my eyes set on Seagate's 750GB. I'm wondering if any of you in the know-how have run into any truths (or rumors) of a possible price decrease? If not a price decrease, are other HDD companies going to attempt to make a drive that can compete with Seagate's in terms of capacity? Finally, when is Seagate going to release that 960GB version? I've seen the 750's going for ~$400, and I really don't wanna spend that kinda cash right now, especially with the Hitachi 500GB going for ~$230.
