Seagate

i dunno about that specific drive, but all I know is that I only buy Seagate harddrives. They are super quite and quick.
 
Good drive, but I'm not thrilled by the price/capacity ratios. If you ABSOLUTELY need the box, its decent, but I'd grab an OEM drive with the seagate 7200.7, 7200.8, or 7200.9 model numbers. Very nice quiet, reliable drive systems there.
 
I like Seagate, never had any problems with them, although keep in mind I see these reviews all the time from many sites for HD's, oem's especially:
This piece of crap seagate failed on me in 2 weeks, i will stick to my WD's.
and then i look at WD's.
This piece of crap WD, I will stick to my Seagate/Maxtor/etc.
I like seagate ftw.

I wouldn't buy drives from Newegg. :(

They don't use packing materials approved by the manufacturers and can cause all kinds of damage in shipping. Newegg uses bubble wrap and peanuts, which is specifically termed as "not acceptable packing materials" by the manufacturers. You can look on their respective websites to confirm.

I would buy from ZipZoomFly or Hypermicrosystems. They both use good and approved packing methods.
