Seagate SATA Drive gone bad

I have a Seagate 120 gb SATA Drive that I was using for storage and I noticed some files were corrupt. I did the diags on it and found that it had a bad sector. I was able to save the rest of the data and formatted the drive. I then rechecked the drive and it now says that there is no bad sector. But when I try to load the drive back up I get bad sectors again.

Anyone have this problem? Is the drive still usable?

I checked the drive for RMA and it is out of warranty.

Once a drive starts going, it generally gets worse.

It's your data.
