Hello all. I recently bought a cheap(ish) drive that had network capabilities. AKA the Seagate Central.
Im having a lot of trouble streaming HD content on it. I have Blurays ripped to MKV files completely uncompressed and i get a lot of buffering through XBMC on pretty much all of my devices.
How do i find where the bottleneck is? Most of my devices that i stream to are wireless and there really isnt a way around that. Transfering to the disk is slow, extremely slow, and im wondering if its most likely the disc as i stream on 802.11n and my windows properties show connection speeds of over 200 Mbps so I highly doubt that is the issue
