Okay i have a 1.5 terabyte hard drive, i only have used 380gb of space but it shows that i have used 1.12terabytes of space, is this a failed sector, or is it something simple that i'm just overlooking either way please help me.
It is highly unlikely that this is caused a bad sector. However that is so easy to check. Install CrystalDiskInfo and see if it says your drive has bad sectors or is going bad.
well i just need to get another hard drive that's all lol maybe 2 terabyte lol and use that one for games and keep my music, movies, and tv shows in the other lol
