Seagate 3TB Expansion - driver problem

I'm running ESXi with a USB 3.0 PCI passed through to a Server 2008 VM - I used this VM to backup all of my files onto a Seagate 3TB Expansion, which worked fine for 5 months +

I had to reinstall ESXi & various VM's - now I have it passed though but Windows doesn't recognise the drive (there's a Code 28 in Device manager)

I tried searching for drivers on the Seagate website, their app doesn't even recognise that it's connected. I also tried Windows Update which doesn't help

Does anyone have any ideas what I can try?

Thanks, Nick :)
