Seagate 15k SAS Comparssion chart?

Is there a chart available anywhere that will show the differences between the different 15k seagate drives? I ask this because I have a few of them from different system pulls and I was thinking of setting up a raid 1+0 with them. I just want to make sure its doable and what I may or may not lose from doing so.
