SD11G5 advice on build

Background: im a student from the uk moving over to the usa to study for my junior year. I want to build a SFF pc and made a thread earlier about a V300 case, i then got sucked in by conroe but to do the lack of mATX mobos im now persuing a different route so have started a new thread (hope no-one minds too much!) with my current parts listed below:

Shuttle SD11G5 $280
Pentium M 740/760 $220/$320
WD Caviar SE16 250gb $80
OCZ gold 2x512mb 3-3-3-12 DDR2 533 $100
gf 7600GS $120
nexus 92mm fan for swap $12

i plan to use an external cd/dvd drive and make an elastic suspension for the hdisk in the cd drive bay to eliminate hdisk noise perhaps with a memory card reader in the floppy disk bay.

Looks good. Newegg.com has the Shuttle for 230 after mail in rebate.
