I'm looking for a 38mm high static fan to slap on my new Venomous X and the Ultra Kaze is an attractive option due to it's price, availability and specs. That said, I've heard bad things, especially when it comes to under volting. I've heard numerous reports of buzzing, clicking and other nonsense when the fan is slowed down. Does anyone have experience with the Ultra Kaze? I'm also looking at Panaflo and Delta fans but they're quite expensive and not as readily available. Thanks.
