Scythe Ninja - High Temps on Opty 165

I have a Scythe Ninja in a p180. I have a horizontal push-pull config with 2 Nexus 120mm @ approx 9v. I also have an Antec Tricool running on low that is pushing air into the Ninja. The ninja is ducted using the ninja packaging. I have used AS5 on the proc.

Ambient Temperature: 23-25C

Using PCPROBE II on my A8R32-MVP mobo. Overclocked Opteron 165 @ 2.61ghz w/ 1.42v.

LOAD:
CPU 54-55C
MB 41-42C

IDLE:
CPU 38-40C
MB 37C

These temps seem high. What am i doing wrong?
