PureOverclock has posted a review of the Scythe Mine 2 heatpipe HSF that is definitely worth checking out. The fellas had a few minor complaints but overall this is a very positive review.

Scythe has been active in the air cooling segment as of late. The buzz around Computex 2011 has been the mammoth air coolers by various manufacturers. Scythe's previous release, the Susanoo, was nothing short of mammoth as well. However, we've got another big air cooler again today, the Scythe Mine 2, which features twin tower design with a fan positioned in the center with the popular PWM function

That's almost comically large. Though at the same time it does have a nice symmetrical aesthetic. I'd probably just switch to a water cooling solution if I ever needed more than what my xigmatek currently provides.
