Reason i'm asking here is because a lot more people are familiar with SCSI in general, so please don't move this cuz it is storage related.
Anyhow i'm getting a KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR 0x0000007A stop error with no status =/ Basicly MS says that it's a cable/termination/drive/controler problem. Either or there is a bad block in the page file. Well i tried a different cable, different terminator, tested the drives with seatools (cheetah drives), and installed with a IDE drive, wich worked. So i've basicly eliminated it down to being the controler as i've tried the drives on their own as well. So does anyone know of a diagnostics program i could run for the HBA? I meen i could do somethings if i could actually get an OS loaded on it but i'm at a loss here. The thing that really sucks is that it's a dual xeon PR-DLS533 so the controler is built on, i need to verify that the HBA is bad so i can RMA the board.
Well any help would of course be greatly appreciated as normal.
