Screws for fans when using a Rad Grill

I'm just about to pull the trigger for my case however I have ran into a little issue.

I'm going to have an AC Ryan RadGrill on the top of the case. However, at first I will NOT be using a radiator. I will simply be screwing the fan to the grill. Obviously regular fan screws won't work as they aren't long enough. Does anyone have any suggestions on what size and type of screws to use?

The case is the Lian-Li G70, with a top triple AC Ryan Rad grill and Scythe S-Flex (120x25mm) fans.

I'm looking for the screw head to be finished as well, as I don't want them to become eye sores. I want them to actually add to the look of the case, if you know what I mean.

I'm not sure if sites like Ppcs, or FrozenCPU sell appropriate screws, or if this is a Home Depot/Ace Hardware job.

Any help is appreciated.
 
What I'd do:

Go to HD/Lowes/Ace etc. and pick up some 2" 6-32 screws with a nice head... Maybe something like a hex head?

That way they're long enough to fit through a normal sized fan, a radgrill and about 1/2 way into a thick (BIX) radiator.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, being I won't have a Rad for a least a few months, do you think I should go a bit lower on the length, say 1 1/2 this way it's not super long when just going through the grill and fan?

That's probably a good idea then. Worst comes to worse, you'll have to buy a few new screws...

But, they won't attach the fan to the radgrill. You;ll need some sort of 6-32 nut (wingnut at about 15c is my suggestion) to keep them up.

Remember a 6-32 screw is the *same* size as the case screws (so like HD screws etc.) but you'd just need longer ones. Obviously they won't screw into a fan. Additionally, those are the only kinds of screws that'll screw into a radiator, so you'll need them eventually.
