Screwey task bar @ 255 fsb

Ok, Everything passes at 250 fsb; 3dmark, prime95, no crashing.
At 255 everything loads and runs fine but my taskbar is screwey. Instead of the xp style bar it's more like 2000, no frill. my volts are 1.55 + -. memory timings are 2.5 3 3 7.
Any thoughts, Thanks.
