Hi guys, I have my 5850 crossfire setup displaying to 2 monitors. My samsung 23 inch 2048x1152 and my samsung 1080p tv.

When I have both displays on, say I am watching a divx movie on one screen and web surfing on the other, I get a crapload of horizontal screen tearing, if the movie is playing it is worse, if the movie is paused it is not as bad.

Does anyone else experience issues like this?

If I only use one display it will not have the problem.

My computer monitor is hooked up via DVI and my TV via HDMI.

These folks are also experiencing the exact same problem I am, a solution was never posted.

Well the screen "flickering" issue people were having was supposedly being caused by having ATI overdrive enabled with a second monitor. Turning off overdrive seemed to fix the problem iirc.

Not entirely sure if it's the same issue you're having though.
