Recently the picture be it w/i a browser window, or the desktop it self, has been resetting randomly, whenever I startup the comp. Sometimes when I turn it on it happens ans sometimes it doesn't. Usually by either restarting the comp, or by changing the resolution to something else, and then back again it will stop. Im using a 7800GTX on a fresh install of XP w/ the 84.43 drivers. And another thing to note, is that when I startup and this random restartinghappens I usually see some bright colored artifacts on the window I'm looking at, even though I have never OC'd this thing, and the temps are well w/i a good range. Anybody have any idea wtf is going on?
