When I overclock my CPU and I start playing video games my screen goes black. However my mp3s/game music will still be playing in the backgroud and I can still continue playing I just can't see anything. This seems to happen if I use the PCI lock or if I use the divider. It happened at 300Mhz, 275Mhz, 250Mhz, but at stock FSB there is no problem in games. It only started to do this recently and doesn't crash for any other reason ever (I do alot of video editting and conversion and it never crashes then).

For reference here are my system specs:
Abit AV8
3000+ 939 (winchester core)
Radeon 9800pro
samsung pc3200 (left at that speed or less always).
Antec 550w PS

I am positive that it is enabled, I am not sure however it is working.

Not at the moment, it was before i started having problems but I set it back to default.

What tool (I presume you mean software) can I use to get my PCI bus speed? Oddly enough I have an oscilloscope but I would be very weary of using it inside my machine while it is running (also I am not sure how accurate it is anymore since it is from like 1960).
