screen door all over the screen ?

Hi There!

When you all talk about screendoor, do you se this all over the screen, or just in some parts?.

i have the screendoor effect but only on top left side, ex. when i drag a gray whindow at the left side i can see it very much but if i do the same thing on the right side i see nothing of this, shoulden´t i be seeing this all over the screen, do you ?
