I'd definitely loosen the timings on the Corsair RAM and/or raise the voltage to 2.8V. If the sticks aren't the same revision number, that can cause some issues in dual channel (but I guess you're even seeing issues in single channel so that's probably not it). But regardless, Corsair is pretty bad about guaranteeing that their advertised timings will work on AMD platforms so you probably will have to loosen the timings.
