just installed my Abit NF7-S2... have a nvidia gforce2 64mb graphics card, and the screen when computer on is blank. its not sending a signal to the monitor, ive tested the monitor on another computer and it works fine. the video card worked fine in my other mobo yesterday, i doubt i fried it... but i dunno what to do. ive done the bios clear..
 
is it beeping at all? if it is....more than likely it's a RAM problem, maybe re-seat the ram or make sure it's working right. other than that i'm not sure what it is

P.S. i couldn't find ur motherboard model number on newegg or the abit site. could we get a link??
 
no there is no beeping when turned on. When i first installed the motherboard i had a problem with it turning itself off within a few seconds of being on. i resolved the issue to being bad RAM. heres the link to my motherboard http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?Sku=A458-2007 i am going to go out today and purchase a AGP video card to see if its the motherboard that is messed up or if its my video that took a dump on me.
