Scratchy noises when i go on my computer...

Ok this is wierd... it never really happened till now.. i dont know what happened.. but even when i start up the computer the music that starts up you know when you start windows? well it makes a scratchy noise... and then in online games it does the same thing... also for when i`m listening to music...

Any idea of what this is?

btw my sound isnt turned all the way up....
 
Whats your soundcard?
Do you have the latest drivers?
Try plugging your headphones into your soundcard and see if they do the same thing. It sounds like your speakers might be busted.
