scp to workstation within network

i need to get a file off a workstation
normally I can just scp off the server but this file is on the specific workstation harddrive and is too big to move into my home directory
to access the work station I have to ssh to the server, and then ssh to the workstation

is there a way to resolve to this into a single command so I can do a scp in cygwin?
