Scheduling Auto-Reboot

Does anybody have information on scheduling windows 2000 server to auto-reboot at a specified time? The Windows resource kit has a shutdown.exe, but we cannot purchase it. Freeware?

just look for shutdown.exe on google. it's everywhere. then make a batch file with the command shutdown /r and put it in your scheduled tasks.
