which westinghouse? the 22" that everyone was making a fuss about (and the one I assume you're talking about) really was not impressive at all, IMO. poor contrast and colors, not to mention the monitor itself was fairly ugly. it was completely dominated by the 225bw sitting next to it at best buy.
