I am working full time, raising 2 kids and my wife's illness prevents her from working. On top of that I do side work to make ends meet. Sad stories wont put food on my table and the loss of the $600 and I still had to replace them with NEW laptops. So it cost me more than the cash, it cost me maxing out my Best Buy Card.
I have been waiting to post more till I got back the PMs from Mods. But I think I need to address some information that is not only key, but very misrepresented in Tylers posts. He keeps saying I had bad communication from time of Sale.

I already posted time stamped emails. I Paid in full on 05-19 and kept in contact with him very often, almost every 3 days. So if this key piece of his memory is flawed, then he might need to sit down and think more about what really happened and not what he wants to post that makes him feel justified in not returning my money or letting him keep the money he got from USPS for the $650 he told me he insured it for.
I think this has gone on long enough. Lets get this resolved quickly. I have posted my diligence and efforts I put into a smooth transaction. I have also posted the lack of the most basic details for a safe transaction (tracking number) or (USPS Claim Number) despite his assurance that I would get paid back. Had he emailed it to me, he would have the proof he needed to say I am lying about tracking.
Had I known there was a place to cry out for injustice in June, it would never had gone this far.

My Sent Box <Busted Tyler's Claim I never replied>So I mailed the laptops out. I checked the tracking a week later to make sure that they were delivered. I sent him a message asking about them. I got no response.

A month after I sold them to him he says that he never got them. Now I didn't expect him to say he never got them. So NO I did not, and do not have the tracking information. It had been 3 weeks, receipts get lost. And at this point it has been several months.

And because "Zfrost" did not respond to me, am I suppose to call the police where he is at to track him down so I can see if he got them? No I asked him, and I did not get a response for weeks. Its not my fault, I did what i was suppose to.
