SBS 2008 + Intel ICH10R + RAID-6 + Truecrypt

Would it be possible to run Truecrypt on a 6 SATA drive in RAID-6 on ICH10R (On Intel 5500 chipset series) configuration, that boots to SBS 2008?

I know I can do 6 SATA drives in RAID-6 on ICH10R running SBS 2008, but I'm wondering what happens if I throw truecrypt into the mix.

yeah... I've got a horrible headache, I'd like to elaborate but I cant seem to think of what needs to be said, I think this question is pretty straight forward.

Last I checked, the ICH10R won't do RAID 6. You're looking at RAID 5 if you want parity.

I don't see why it wouldn't work.

I don't think you can encrypt the system disk part, if you're booting from your RAID5. So you would be limited to encrypting only the non-diskdisk parts of it. Anyone can confirm?
