Hi,
I have a Foxconn A7DA-S motherboard, which uses the 790GX chipset with the SB750 southbridge. I'm trying to set up a RAID 5 array using 4 Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 ST3500320AS hard drives. When defining the logical drive, RAID 5 is not listed as an available RAID mode. I've got a choice of RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 10, JBOD and RAID READY, but no RAID 5. Anyone knows why RAID 5 is not available?
I'm running the latest BIOS (version 81BF1P09). The FastBuild Utility appears to be version 3.0.1540.49.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
