I know they've made pretty good advancements in the onboard sound dept. Would the onboard sound on my K8T NEO FSR:

• 6 Channel software audio codec Realtek ALC655
• Compliance with AC97' v2.3 Spec
• Meet PC2001 audio performance requirement
• Provide onboard SPDIF out

would it be better than my SB Live! Value (original 4.1 series)? Or could someone point me in the direction on finding out for myself?

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
