Saving work w/o queue.dat?

I just accidentally kicked the power strip which was connected to my mom's laptop (no battery, no flash drive) while it was running notfred's folding CD.

Fortunately I backed up the work folder just an hour ago in case this happened, but I forgot to copy queue.dat!

Is there any hope of being able to turn in the work or run it on another computer?

That is a real good question.

Not really sure.
That is one of those you will just have to try it and see.
I believe it will continue on the WU though

Next time, Make sure you use a USB Thumbdrive, and this will never happen again.

The only reason I wasn't using one is because I couldn't find one...fortunately I just found it. I'll try firing it up on my 3rd laptop but I'm not sure if it'll work.

You may be able to use qfix.exe to rebuild your queue.dat file.
Or there's another program similar to qfix on the same downlod page that could work.
That the only things I can think of that could help.

I just pulled one of my thumbdrives out.

It contains the following files:
Work (folder)
Machinedependent.dat
queue.dat
unitinfo.txt
So it looks like it is needed
