I have a webpage that I would like to save as a file and open it later on my PC that has no internet. I could just copy the screen however that would only give me one viewable screen page. How do I save the whole web page so I can scroll up and down? The webpage is long, probably like 5 pages long.

Every web browser I've ever used has had an option to save a web page.
well u can do like above save, then select complete, this will make a name ( you can name it what you want) and at the same time it will also create a folder in the same directory you just saved the page as, just copy these 2 files (save xxx.htm and folder xxx) to other PC and click the web page link and it should have everything there.
another option which I would use was to just go print to PDF. You can find the many print to pdf drivers by googling. then it justgo print - pdf. It should be no problem for you to open the pdf on the 2nd computer.
